How do I purchase a ticket?

Click the seat map link and select your preferred table or Mezzanine seat on the visual seat map. Follow the checkout instructions to complete your purchase.

If purchasing a table of 5 or 10 seats, enter the main reservation name and email at checkout. Additional guest names and emails for the remaining seats may be added later.

There are four ticket options:

VIP Diamond Table (10 seats)

  • Seats for 10 guests
  • Red carpet access
  • Three-course dinner
  • Pre-show and post-show cocktail hour
  • VIP access: Invite to limited executive VIP reception, access to the VIP lounge throughout the event
  • Premium placement with optimal visibility for the program and your organization

Platinum Table (10 seats)

  • Seats for 10 guests
  • Red carpet access
  • Three-course dinner
  • Pre-show and post-show cocktail hour
  • VIP Reception access may be added at checkout by purchasing a VIP Reception upgrade (one per seat)

Platinum Half Table (5 seats)

  • Seats for 5 guests
  • Red carpet access
  • Three-course dinner
  • Pre-show and post-show cocktail hour
  • VIP Reception access may be added at checkout by purchasing a VIP Reception upgrade (one per seat)
  • Limited inventory

Mezzanine (single seat)

  • Mezzanine seating (second floor)
  • Single-seat ticket
  • Red carpet access
  • No reserved seating positions
  • Limited inventory
Due to Gotham Hall’s layout and screen placement, most seats have a clear view of the show. This includes tables located on the far left and right sides of the seating map, as well as seats along the front edge of the Mezzanine.
A table has 10 tickets: the table seat, and then 9 additional seats.
A half table has 5 tickets: the table seat, and then 4 additional seats.
When you purchase a table, you will receive 10 tickets (or 5 for a half table). The first ticket is assigned to the purchaser. The remaining tickets must be activated by entering the following information for each guest:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Company
  • Title
  • Email address

Once a seat has been activated, the purchaser cannot make changes.

If a correction is required for an activated seat, email [email protected] and [email protected] no later than . Changes cannot be accepted after this deadline.
Mezzanine tickets are intended for individual attendees. Seats are assigned by production staff prior to the event. We will make every effort to seat guests who purchase Mezzanine tickets together.

At checkout, eligible buyers may purchase a VIP Reception upgrade. This upgrade provides the same VIP benefits included with a VIP Diamond Table.

The VIP Reception upgrade is not a gala ticket and must be purchased in addition to a Platinum seat.

  • Platinum full table: up to 10 upgrades may be purchased
  • Platinum half table: up to 5 upgrades may be purchased
  • Mezzanine ticket holders should not purchase this upgrade; it cannot be honored
  • VIP Diamond table holders should not purchase this upgrade; VIP access is already included

No. Each individual attending the Libera Awards must have their own ticket. No exceptions are permitted.

If you purchased multiple tickets, each ticket must be assigned to an individual. There will be security at the door.

When and where does the Libera Awards Ceremony take place?
The 2026 Libera Awards will be presented live on  in New York City.
To qualify, artists/submissions must be independently owned/controlled, and commercially released in the United States and its Territories between and . Single tracks, EPs, and albums can qualify for all categories listed as Best Record. See eligibility criteria for each category here.

A2IM worked with the Portland-based artist, Zak Gere, to create a statuette that represented liberation. The dancing woman captures movement, strength, and freedom. She was originally done in wire. You can see examples of Zak’s wire work in the linked article above.

Voting & Solicitation Guidelines

2026 Voting Guide
  • All solicitations must include the language “For Your Consideration.”
  • Solicitations cannot be designed to look like official A2IM communication.
  • Solicitations cannot insult or defame other nominees, artists, labels, etc.
  • Solicitations cannot over embellish or misrepresent the nominees.
Each Parent Company within A2IM membership has designated 5 voters. Each voter is limited to one vote per category. For any questions or if you are unsure if your company qualifies for voting, please reach out to [email protected].
Arriving to the venue
Please plan to arrive at Gotham Hall using the entrance on Broadway, located at 1356 Broadway, New York, NY 10018 between W 37th and W 36th streets. Once you enter, please look for signs that indicate “Ticket Pick-Up” inside the lobby. Closest subway stations and lines:
  • 34 St Penn Station (Lines 1, 2, 3)
  • 34 St Herald Sq (Lines B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, W)
  • Times Sq 42nd St (Lines N, Q, R, W)
  • 42nd St Bryant Park (Lines B, D, F, M)
Upon entrance, please enter the ticket pick-up queue that corresponds with your last name. Please present a photo ID to receive your wristband and table assignment. From there, you’ll be able to access the red carpet, coat check, and the pre-show cocktail hour. Tickets must be registered under each attendee’s name. We are no longer accepting name changes.

As a reminder, this is a 21+ event and ticket purchases are final & non-transferable.

If you were the ticket purchaser, you will have submitted any dietary restrictions or allergies in your registration. If you were not the ticket purchaser, please contact the ticket purchaser with your dietary note so that they may get in touch with our team.
Awards will be presented on stage to artists/and or labels. If the artist or label is not in attendance, the host will accept on their behalf and they will receive their award via mail. If you win, our team will help guide you to the stage.
Tickets will be available online until the day of the event. Walk-up tickets will not be available for purchase.
